Q: We will be travelling from India and will have a suitcase weighing about 25kg and a handbag each. will this be allowed on the bus journey? Is there any extra charge for luggage?

2014-01-14 09:30:08 Dear Customer, We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches. It does not matter if your suitcase is within the check-in size limit. Typically check-in item size is 62 linear inches (157 cm) (total length + width + height) per piece. Q: Three of us wish take the 6 day tour of LA, Las Vegas starting 21st March. Our flight arrives on 21st March afternoon. My queries: 1. Does hotel stay include breakfasts on all days? 2. If we end the tour in Las Vegas on the last day, Will you provide us airport drop in the evening at Las Vegas? 3. The free buffet lunch coupons are to be utilized on which days? will transport to the restaurant mentioned be provided? 4. You may check with the reception desk of the hotel if they offer breakfast with some fees. 2. We do not provider airport drop to Las Vegas airport. We recommend taxi service for guest flying out of McCarran International Airport. Taxi can be arranged for $10 and takes about 10 minutes. 3. The free buffet lunch coupons can be utilized on the day from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and the day from Las Vegas back to Los Angeles. (Day 1 and Day 3) 4. 2014-01-13 04:55:35 Dear Binaya, We typically recommend customers to book flights departing later than 9:30pm(domestic) or 10:30pm(international). Though the tour group may be back to Los Angeles around 7:00pm-8:00pm, we cannot guarantee that you have enough time to check in the airport if your flight is at 9:25pm. We strongly advise you to arrange flights leaving out no earlier than 9:30 pm to minimize the risk of missing your flights in case of any delays the group might encounter enroute back to LAX on the tour's last day. 2014-01-13 04:48:18 Dear Customer, Starting 04/01/2014, the requests can be made to upgrade the Vegas hotels for this tour to the Paris Hotel & Casino with additional fees. If your departure date is after 04/01/2013, please leave a comment saying that you would like to upgrade the hotel when you are making the reservation online. We will provide you with a quote for the extensions upon confirmation of hotel upgrade availability. On the first day the tour the group may arrive at Las Vegas as late as 4:30pm. On the second day the tour group usually gets back to Las Vegas around 6:30pm depending on weather and traffic conditions. 2014-01-13 04:35:20 Dear Binaya, For this tour we usually get back to Los Angeles during 6:30pm-7:00pm but there may be 30-60min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc. And we do not drop off customers to LAX. You need to arrange your own transfer to airport when tour ends. Also it is better that you can book a flight later than 9:30pm(domestic) or 10:30pm(international) considering the traffic conditions. Q: Hi, Me n my friend are planning to this tour, kindly clear my following doubts as I need to book the tour at the earliest. 1. Here i am little baffled between the fees Admission to West Grand Canyon with a lunch $80.00/person (This fee must be paid on tour.) & -Admission to Skywalk ($35.00/person) so are we suppose to pay $115 per person?? 2. I have also heard about the South Rim/ Grand Canyon national park tour. Would you please let me know which one is better? As i am visiting West Coast for the first time. Admission to the West Grand Canyon will need to be paid on the day of the tour as well as any optional tours like the Skywalk. Adding the West Grand Canyon admission (mandatory) with the Skywalk admission (optional) will total to $115.00 per person. The Grand Canyon National Park can be found in the South Rim of the Grand Canyon where you can enjoy views of the widest and deepest parts of the canyon. The West Rim of the Grand Canyon is closer to Vegas, and is where the Skywalk is located.
